Philippe Baltz Nielsen


Philippe is a quintessential connector. His gift to the world is uniting elite groups of people to achieve greatness. 


From his origins as a chef in a Michelin starred restaurant to becoming the Co-Founder of The Number One Club, Philippe is no stranger to exclusive membership clubs. He is also the founder of the highly successful ‘Circle of Beautiful People’.


A man with a diverse cultural background; German born with Danish and French Citizen ships. Uniting people across the world to achieve great things is the perfect role for Philippe.

With a background in media and charity work, Sofia is a very experienced facilitator of introductions for sales within the luxury goods market including fine art, gemstones, international investments and other high prestige items.

With a love of fine art and aesthetic appreciation of luxury items, Sofia was born to work in this sector. Sofia marries the two worlds of brokering deals for clients selling luxury items with her work in philanthropy and charity with consummate ease.


Sofia is a gregarious and vibrant connector of people. With an illustrious executive management background as Head of Corporate Partnerships and Grants and work as a Commercial and Advertising Sales Manager, she is the co-founder of The Number One Club. 


Sofia has a culturally diverse background speaking fluent English and Greek. She is very proud of the strong personal relationships that they have built amongst their membership over the last decade. 


Whilst loving and celebrating the finery of the luxury industry she is also very keen to point out that The Number One Club is not about ostentatious displays of wealth and avarice. It is about championing great and philanthropic causes as well as bringing some of the greatest decision makers and leaders in industry from across the world to achieve exceptional results in our beautiful world.

Grant Stain


I’ve been running my own businesses for over 20 years now and since I was a boy it’s all I ever wanted to do. For me business is fun, it’s my passion, it’s what I read about in my spare time and it’s what I think about when I’m on the beach relaxing or in the gym exercising! This means, for me, helping other people build businesses is fun too. 


Over the years I’ve started many businesses and had varying degrees of success in a variety of sectors. Bill Gates says "success is a poor teacher" and in my experience, I value my failures more than my successes, as that’s where I really learnt about how to tough it out. 


I’ve applied many lessons, theories and models in my pursuit of that killer product or service. I’ve started businesses on my own, with business partners, on my own then brought in business partners, with business partners then on my own and everything in between, applying all manner of tactics in the process. This has taught me that there is no one formula for success (otherwise everyone would do it) but there are some common ingredients that dictate the chances of that success, and that’s where I like to focus.


My current business interests include marketing, coaching, recruitment, hyperbarics and cryogenics, mobile gaming and my core business Blam Websites.


As part of my branding, marketing and coaching work I have dealt with a broad spectrum of business sectors. This keeps me engaged and has helped me understand the key drivers for all businesses, regardless of the industry.


Being involved in the TNOC is an enormous pleasure and immensely rewarding. We have exciting plans for the future and look forward to continue to unite like minded people across the globe and provide the very best in entertainment, fun, business opportunities and philanthropy though our platform.

Gustaf Willhelm Hellstedt


Helping people grow as individuals is Gustaf-Wilhelm's true passion and talent. To lead and work with people who are will to develop and succeed. Gustaf believes the greatest asset of a company is the human capital, the "real" working capital behind the business.

Gustaf's career has spanned numerous paths as an officer, entrepreneur and business owner, marketing strategist and more. In all of his journey he lives by the rule:

Gustaf-Wilhelm also has a passion for art and antiques as a former international art and antique dealer. His range of expertise also includes civil security and many more areas such as philanthropic advocacy and business advisory. 


A fun fact is that he also has appeared in almost 70 different roles on screen, in movies, tv series and commercials. Even staring, back in the day, in a tv documentary about himself. 


Born and raised in Sweden he is considered un-Swedish in his manners, in very a positive way. A world traveler with the manners of a true gentleman, a renaissance man of his time.

Bettina Buffa


I am Bettina Buffa from Sweden, half Sicilien from my fathers side and half Swedish from my mothers side.


I grew up in Saltsjöbaden a beautiful villa area by the sea just outside of Stockholm. I attended school at Cours Saint Louis (Lycée Francais) in Stockholm and moved to Montreux in Switzerland at age 16, followed by boarding school, Pensionat Surval for a year.


Then I started to realise my dream of entering the world of fashion and attended École de Couture in Lausanne, in Switzerland for 3 years. Whilst there, I was privileged to be awarded at the end of my 3 years, the prize for best designer. 


From Switzerland I moved to Rome for a few years and enjoyed life immensely, then moved again but this time to LA for 10 years, first Beverly Hills, then to Pacific Palisades, a fascinating time of my life.


At the age of 35, I moved back to Stockholm and decided to start my business career in fashion and went from being a designer to Area Sales Manager for Sweden for Wolford among other brands.


Today I am still living my dream of working in fashion and am still after 20 years, managing Wolford in Sweden.


I love to travel and meet up with new people around the world and it is during one of my trip to Iceland that I meet up with Philippe 11 years ago, forging a firm friendship.

Muriel Woodtli


Hi, I am Muriel Woodtli TNOC Global Ambassador for Switzerland! Born in France, to an Italian mother and a French father, with a French baccalaureate+4 and a degree from the London School of Economics, I left to live in Colombia in order to discover Latin America.

While attending sociology and politic science courses, I started my professional career as communication officer for local industrial companies and for IOS (International Overseas Services) for 5 years.

Back in Switzerland, I worked as a market analyst for a marketing consulting company. I travelled extensively in the Middle/Far East and spent over a year in North Korea for the FHS (Fédération Horlogère Suisse).

Then, I managed the Rome and Geneva office of a Saudi businessman and taking an active part in negotiating the telecommunication contract between Saudi Arabia and Sweden.

I was given the challenging position of PR Manager by Nitro Nobel International, the leading company in dynamite business, being entrusted mainly for coordination and organisation of important confidential events in the Philippines, Panama, India and the Middle East.

Married to a Geneva lawyer, specialised in international law with whom I had three sons, I became deeply involved, over a 15 year period, in the development of his client portfolio for his legal office.

Sadly my husband died at the age of 54, so I undertook a career change ten years ago, by opening my own shop specialised in art, a field I am passionate about (as well as History), turning it into a showcase for period furniture, silver, luxury, prestige and antique items.


Concurrently, I started my writing activity, which I still do, as freelance journalist and writer for art, watches and people magazines as well as investing time in charity events.

For me, TNOC is the only serious tool to give people the chance to meet! Every member has to be exceptional in one field or another and I see my position as a "PR for Switzerland" (especially Geneva), thru my intermediary skills, I can connect people that normally would be difficult to meet.


I also have an active social life in the world of bankers, watch manufacturers, jet set people that are not on FB! TNOC must be the passing tool for all the needs of the members.

Marko Bilić


Passionate for the people and life, He was always streaming for the power of the moment and

experience. With his unique personality he gained status of famous person in the cigar world as a powerful show maker, entertainer and networking expert.


His knowledge and expertise for cigars are proven by recognition of one of his cigars that he created in Dominican Republic among the top 20 best cigars of the World in 2018.


Lifestyle is part of his living, it is a part of experience that he provides via his clubs, events and moments that he respects so much.


Graduated from the University of Transport and Sciences, Department of Aeronautics year 2003. He was working as a commercial pilot from 2004 -2005. In his student days he was Sports bike racer.


He is founder of International members cigar club Mareva with lounges in Split/Croatia (nominated among top 5 best cigar lounges of theWorld for 2017), Tallinn/Estonia and Beirut/Lebanon.


He is the founder of Cigar Smoking World Championship – concept of cigar/luxury lifestyle events which are held yearly in more than 35 countries around the world.


Marko is also one of the founders of the Cigar Rights of Europe and ambassador of the Cigar Rights of the World for Croatia.


In 2014 he became one of the members of a very selected global group of cigar experts for the tasting panel of the Worldwide famous cigar magazine – Cigar Journal. He is the owner of the cigar "Oscar" award – CigarTrophy - for the best cigar ambassador of the world.


He is a contributing writer for Yachts -lifestyle magazine. He is an Honourable member of the Skopje/North Macedonia private business/cigar club. He is an Honorary member of the Della Leaders Club (DLC).


His second passion is art – he is an artist, painter who expresses himself in many different techniques from aquarelle to oil on canvas. He is a true Mediterranean person – passionate about sun and sea, sailing and yachting, wine and food...

Michael Lohr


Michael Lohr originally studied computer sciences and is nowadays a specialist for communications and strategic brand management combined with analytical thinking.


In 1989  he laid the foundation for his advertising and communications agency DAMEGO GmbH,  which he sold successfully in March 2019. In 1993 he started studying media communications at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing. He positioned his former agency as a reliable and creative partner for tailor-made and efficient communication and brand strategies for brand-rejuvenation, repositioning or also for market entries. This was all based on the principles of synaptic branding, which were significantly developed by Michael Lohr.


Combining live, classic and online communication DAMEGO developed innovative campaigns and concepts for clients such as C&A, Jaguar Land Rover, La Perla, HYUNDAI Motors China, BMW China, TechData, Flughafen München GmbH and BMW to name just a few.


In 2006 he became a member of the HON Golf Club, which was founded as a customer relationship tool for the HON members of the German Lufthansa. He soon assumed the position as member of the board. Maintaining the DNA and the notion of values of the old network he developed the business network of a new generation of decision-makers, The HONourables Business and Lifestyle Network.


In 2011 he relived the founder and President  of the HON Golfclub and is HONourables President and CEO since then.

Scott Snyder


Born into a successful entrepreneurial family, Scott Snyder is the president of his namesake company, SJS Enterprises Holdings Inc. Scott became a product of his household environment, and started his own companies early on in life, across various industries. 


First in the field of automobile recycling and transportation services. He then transitioned into owning and operating gourmet restaurants, night clubs, advanced eyecare centers, manufacturing of custom super-cars, industrial demolition, health, and fitness companies. Currently he is focused on executive producing a slate of feature films and television series that are in various stages of development with an Oscar award winning team. All based on true stories. 


In addition to business, he also excels academically, and has successfully completed advanced university courses in finance, leadership, management, marketing, & law. Scott also designed the core curriculum of university courses of his own and taught the fundamental principles of business, leadership, marketing, and management. Scott was also avidly involved in athletics, becoming a national champion heavyweight boxer and a national champion martial artist—exemplifying his hard core dedication and tenacity. Scott is team oriented and outgoing, with a positive mental attitude, and has an excellent work ethic. In my career I have enjoyed working as a Management Assistant on several International projects such as large scale construction projects and data centres in Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands and Dutch Antilles.


I have built up over the years an extensive personal network, and take great pleasure in being able to bring large scale projects to Bonaire-Dutch Antilles using these connections.

Anders Albinson


Anders Albinson is a Swedish educated engineer who studied Art History at the Stockholm University and has a degree from the Cambridge University, UK. 


Working as a building constructor and architect he has specialised in restoring old historical buildings to their former glory. Iconic property such as The Stockholm Royal Opera House and Historical Berns Salons among many other buildings grace his portfolio.


Over the last 20 years he has been a fashion photographer, International art dealer and an artist, producing his own art and design work from his base in London.

Cristina Szeifert


During the course of my life, I have studied and long appreciated art, being fascinated by painters and the discipline of creating fine art. Art remains one of my biggest passions to this day.  TIme and weather permitting, I can spend hours painting and creating in my beautiful garden.


Graduating from University with a major in psychology, this subject has became my second passion in life.  Inspired by my mother’s career as an exceptional clinical psychologist. she achieved outstanding results in helping and supporting her clients to process difficult emotions through her work.


Seeing so many of my mother's clients attain happiness and catharsis, this helped me to begin to understand how valuable human connections can be.  Through these experiences, I started to appreciate the significance of quality human interaction and how someone’s life can be meaningfully changed by skilfully listening to them.


At only 21 years old, I created my first business - a beauty and cosmetic temple. I am proud to say that my company is now 18 years old, an achievement of which I am immensely proud.


As a successful model, I have had the privilege of working for many famous designers and well- known brands.  I have also been fortunate to have graced the covers of multiple magazines mainly in the Italian fashion industry.


In the last few years, London has been my second home.  Here, I practice Life Coaching together with a wonderful team, where we regularly encourage others to follow their dreams and reach inner-self contentment with our help and support.


In addition, I recognise the importance of voluntary work and actively support multiple charity projects where my involvement is offered on a pro-bono basis.


I am delighted to be part of the Number One team, where I have been lucky to connect with so many wonderful, beautiful and successful people.  This is a community where each individual member is unique and valued as a true number one.

Ioulia Koua


Born in Greece, grew up in Germany and live currently in Munich. 

In my private time I like to play the piano, play chess, read world literature, dance ballet, and have inspirational talks about trading, business ideas, high-tech systems, psychology and health-oriented topics. 


Studied B.Sc. Applied Computer Science with main subjects in Robotics, Psychology, Artificial Intelligence. After my B.Sc. I started to work on IT projects for the German Armed Forces. 

I got in 2018 a scholarship to the University of the German Armed Forces for studying M.A. in Human Resource Development. 


In 2019 I got my Fitness Instructor license and I am self-employed Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Since I have also studied psychology my concept is based on a variety of psychological concepts e.g. the habit loop. 


Since 2015 I represent as an agency model several clients in the luxury segment.

Such as Luxury Jewellery and Fashion Designers, but I also worked for commercials e.g. for Schwarzkopf, the "Freundin" Magazine, "Beauty Magazine". 


I have also attended acting seminars and workshops and played few role as background actor in german TV-Series.


I am so grateful to be part of the TNOC Family. I appreciate especially the networking with the well selected success-oriented and open minded family members. The mutual support and the high level professionalism is unparalleled. Living in France, with a strong professional background in the realm of international legal matters and personal data protection for global companies, I always wish to bring my services to talented companies and business owners, who place the human being at the heart of their convictions. Driven by this entrepreneurial spirit, I wish to participate in connecting the present and the future, and in humanising technology. 


Passionate about castles and gardens, I own and manage the Bellassière property in Crécy-Couvé, previously held by Madame de Pompadour. At the Bellassière property, I have organized exhibitions, conferences and concerts and have received the prize "de la beauté de la France" (the Beauty Prize of France) from "Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques Texier 2” (the French Moral and Political Science Academy). I have participated in the executive committee of the "Fondation pour les monuments historiques" (Foundation for Historical Monuments) for 10 years.


In quest of excellence, I like to give piano recitals, love Viennese waltz bals, travelling, fencing, chess and golf, as well as organizing events for disabled people. 


It is both a great honor and a pleasure to be part of the TNOC Family, to work together in a team spirit. I would like to organize together new events in castles, helping the community live in this new world with a little French touch, or, as we say, “art de vivre à la française”, which will necessarily bring about new exclusive opportunities for our international community.
